Затем я бы предложил оплатить ущерб или заменить разбитый товар, в зависимости от политики магазина. Если магазин не требует мгновенной оплаты, я бы заполнил форму регистрации инцидента и предоставил любую информацию, которая может понадобиться для расследования случая. В конечном итоге, я бы сделал все возможное, чтобы компенсировать ущерб и уладить эту ситуацию с сотрудниками магазина.
