Hi,

I have toshiba satellite CT 50T laptop win 7. It has a working BT 4.0 (as shown in property). i have enabled BT for discovery from other devices. Neither is this BT shown on other devices nor is it discovering any devices.

i have troubleshooted using bluetooth services option by deleting password in local services and also restarted device. it just does not work. i have searched the net but got no working solution.

could someone help me make my bluetooth discoverable?

Hi !,

I bought Sony Bravia LED Model No. KDL-46NX720 in October 2011. Earlier i was shocked to know that this model doesn't supports playing of .mkv files, so i had to convert the .mkv movies into .mp4 first and then copy it to USB or HDD and play it.

Since last week while watching a MP4 movie after run of around 45 minutes or so it stopped and displayed an error "Playback not available". I changed the version of video converter to older one and upgraded as well, I formatted the disks, scanned them, defragged them but it didn't help. It displayed the same error. To my astonishment the older movies which played well also started to display the same error after a run of around the same time.

I upgraded the firmware to the latest one i.e. Version PKG4.005GAA in May 2012 and was working well. GOD knows what happened with the LED. If anyone comes across the same error & have a solution do write back.

Any suggestions?

Hi Everyone!
I have downloaded a .MKV file from internet, and it has file size of 35.7 MB. When I had tried opening it with some of Media Players, such as

Movie and TV, this error "Cannot play because the items's file format isn't supported" was shown.
Windows Media Player, this error "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file."
QQ player, the QQ player was automatically closed whenever I opened the file with it.
JetAudio, there is no response.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

My computer restarted 2 days ago. Since then my Facebook page has not been working properly. The friend request, message, notification and help buttons are missing. If I click where they are supposed to be, I get a blank drop down. The number of notifications show up but I can go to them. I can type a post, but an unable to click to post. I'm only seeing 2-3 posts, then the message "see more" but nothing comes up.

Facebook works fine on my phone and laptop, so it's just my desktop computer.

All other pages, emails, etc. work fine.

Any idea how to fix this so my Facebook page works properly again?

I am working a case and using Cellebrite to download an Iphone. I am trying to show the text messages generated by a fake text app commonly available is fake. So far I can find the message in Hex view indicating it could be a real text. Would subscriber toll records show the text did not come from the phone number listed on the text? Has anyone investigated a fake text service from "spoof text" online service. Researching this service, they claim you can "pay" them to send a fake text in any number you provide to them as the sender. I wonder if that number you provide them shows on the subscriber toll records.

Have a problem with a tracking motor on the 8 tonner - first couple of times from cold it will go into high speed tracking then after that it wont come out of low, same every time from cold it works a couple of times then wont go up ??

Guessing there is a solenoid in the tracking motor or something but a heads up would be good , its coming back to the yard for a service and some other work shortly and needs doing as its been like it for a year.

The pony motor finally went belly up on me a few months ago I found an electric starter conversion kit for it that came in this week I started last night tearing into it I didn't get very far into when I had to go help the brother in law pull a calf from one of his heifers here are some photos with more to come. I'm trying to decide if I want to pull the pony motor completely off and maybe put the batteries where the pony used to be instead of putting them on axles.

So another hot topic from Friday's visit was the 500hr greasing claim from JCB. The MD of compact products struggled to see why pretty much the whole group didn't think it was a good idea and was keen to point out they had tested it to 1000hrs - although this turned out to be a lab test not actual site conditions...

Personally I don't see it as a bad idea, anything that reduces wear on the machine will improve its resale value and keep running costs down on repairs but stretching it to 500hrs is too much. Others pointed out that the greasing ritual is a good time to inspect the machine for other defects.

Trying to get some life back into the forum with a few new topics so please join in and say what you think about this idea.

How many model aw 55 graders were there built? I have this pegged as a late 1940 or 1941 model from the ih casting codes.

I have decided I am too fat for my tabou da curve 86. I like the board but I mainly sail small waves wind blown crap really so am thinking of getting a stubby type board. I weigh north of 90kgs but am fairly light on my feet. I was originally thinking 99l but I have read to go smaller with these parallel rail designs. I am also hoping to drop some kgs. Will an 88 l fanatic suit thx Bill as a replacement ? It will be mainly used with 5m and 4.4m fairly windy venue (rarely on 5.7)

Cat 320cl with weak left track. Goes straight fine but left is slow when operated by itself. Put the switch in backup mode and track runs strong. Boom and stick are strong. Other issue is when tracking and work bucket, machine turns left, work stick machine turns right. Boom won’t raise while travel pedals are fully depressed but will if you slow travel speed some. What do I need to look at to fix track speed. Should also note tracks won’t go to hi speed.

DPReview says the G5X has a mic jack in "specs," but I don't think that is correct. Anyone?

Also, can you buy a mic that fits into the hot shoe if there is no mic jack? Is there a way to connect a mic to the hot shoe that would record audio the same way as putting a mic into a mic jack?

There are 2 strong deals right now that are going to expire soon on cameras in my local brick and mortar shops.

Nikon D3400
and
Canon EOS M3

One is a DSLR and ones a Mirrorless. I have read a bunch of reviews about both and it seems like the Nikon might take better pictures overall.

i'm feeling the need to replace my old RX100 mk1. I'm really taken by the G5X because of it's form, view finder and flip out screen. I don't shoot action and i don't print photos anymore or pixel peep. just like to load them onto my ipad and enjoy them. The question is would the G5X IQ be as good as the old RX100. it wouldn't worry me if it wasn't better but be at least as good. Any advice appreciated.

This machine will start but not operate. It is acting like safety lever is down, pilot circuit is not active. I know the safety lever switch is functioning because machine will not start when it is up. I am currently charging my old laptop to see if service manual is still there, I downloaded a few years ago when this customer was having problems with throttle control. Does anyone know offhand what relay is controlled by the safety switch? If I am correct in identifying pilot circuit shutoff solenoid then it is getting power and controls did not respond when I jumper wired it. That was all I ventured to try without service manual and diagram. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking for some insight just bought a new meteor cylinder kit for an 046 Stihl. Casting was less than perfect but I figured I'd start to clean up marks and uneven spots. After starting to do this I looked inside and noticed the bad casting went all the way through and was plated around. Intake port is overly wide with a sharp corner where port is supposed to be rounded.
Looks like ring ends won't protrude into bad spot but I'm worried it might still hook. Since i started to polish ports sending it back isn't happening. Do I try it or eat the cylinder cost and try another one or different brand since maybe meteor has bad mold for particular saw. Will send pictures when I get out to shop

The tracks are at least 7' long which means, if the lip of the track was resting on the tailgate it would be less than 100% grade from the ground to the tailgate .
I hope to raise the ends of the track to the tailgate with the bucket resting on the steel door frame just behind the fibreglass roof, (might not be strong enough) or on the ground just outside the side of the van and forward of the tailgate. Just wondering if I can get the angle right to keep the stick off the door frame and still lift both tracks to the tailgate without tipping onto one track ? I know the boom won't fit upright under the roof, once inside. Anyone seen this done ?

Shwarzpanzer 58, T-34 B, IS-6 B

That is awesome... Nice to have a choice, and it also says you can do all three!

However, I have done Marathons that have been extremely time consuming (T-44-100 anyone?)

Does anyone know the parameters for earning one of these tanks, or more to my thought, how hard is it going to be to earn all 3?
