Who, who? EDTShareTweetShareShareCommunity Discussion: Who are you?David Berding-USA TODAY SportsWe’re just at the beginning of another season of baseball with our beloved Minnesota Twins, which means we at Twinkie Town will be bringing you coverage of the good times, the bad times, and everything in between. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to write about walk-off wins http://www.philliesfanproshop.com/authentic-pat-neshek-jersey Jersey://http://www.philliesfanproshop.com/a...k-jersey Jersey , blow-out losses, trades, injuries, aliens, caves, and more, and we’re thankful for you because we love writing about the Twins. But a deep question begs: Who are you? We’d like to get to know our readers and commenters that visit our site, whether you visit on a daily basis or check in every once in a while, and whether you’re brand new to the site or if you’ve been with us in the long haul. Let us know what your name is and where you’re from (if you’re comfortable doing that - if not, totally fine), how long you’ve been a Twins fan Jake Arrieta Jersey , how you became a Twins fan, favorite hobbies, and anything else you feel like telling us. We’re a community of Twins fans and we’re here to make it through another (hopefully prosperous) season of Twins baseball together. Our overlord awesome site manager, TJ, has a great welcome piece, but they’re worth repeating. If you haven’t done so already, sign up for our FanPulse. You’ll receive a few Twins-related questions in an e-mail about once a week to help gauge the overall opinion of Twins fans. We also encourage you to voice your opinion in the comments section of a post (as long as it follows our community guidelines, or we’ll have to take necessary action). We have the tools for you to voice your opinion in a bigger manner - through FanPosts and FanShots. FanPosts are good for articles while FanShots are more for site, Twitter, or other links and photos about the Twins (or former Twins) that you find interesting. With that being said, introduce yourselves to us in the comments below! The masthead will also try to pop in and introduce themselves as well! A trip he’d taken countless times before. What made this one different, is that it would be his last.Suzuki arrived in America in 2001, joining the Angels division rival Seattle Mariners for the prime of his MLB career. He swept the league by storm, winning both AL Rookie of the Year and AL MVP along the way.Yes, he was a rival, but any true fan of baseball could see they were witnessing greatness. And uniqueness. Whether he was stretching in right field between batters or running down the first base line beating out a single, Ichiro was fun to watch. Ok, he could be infuriating to watch as an Angels fan. At his peak Tyler Glasnow Jersey , he’d hit the ball straight down off of home plate and be almost to first by the time an infielder caught it. It was indefensible, it extended innings and created runs, it was maddening as an opposing fan. But it was also beautiful in its simplicity. A reminder that in baseball you don’t have to be a giant to be effective. Perhaps the most amazing part of his career was the incredible arm. A guy his size having a cannon like that seemed unreal. Here is his most iconic throw. So, as Ichiro departs the game, he leaves as a rival well respected. A man who played the game the right way, who brought new waves of fans to the game and who departed with an exit fit for a legend. Please share some stories about times you saw Ichiro play below.
